Why should I buy your premium products instead of other’s economy grades?

We’ve been in the glow business for many years, and have seen a wide assortment of product quality. While it might seem like a good idea to save a little bit and buy the cheapest product you can find, in our experience it’s never worth the risk. Not only are you likely to experience lesser quality glow brightness and duration, but often a high percentage of duds that will eliminate any apparent upfront savings. If for example your purchase of an economy grade product ends up having 20% duds, then you are really paying 20% more for the remaining good product, completely eliminating the apparent savings.


I received my order, but I appear to be missing some colors - what should I do?

We take many quality control steps to assure your order is received complete and correct. Prior to being activated some of the glow product colors can appear extremely similar, or even different than their activated color. If you look very closely you should be able to determine that the correct number of different colored products are there, even if it isn’t immediately obvious their colors. Once you activate them the particular colors will become obvious. If in the unlikely event you still appear to be missing some colors, please contact us and we’ll take care of it for you right away.


I received my order, but I appear to be missing the connectors - what should I do?

We take many quality control steps to assure your order is received complete and correct, so firstly please thoroughly double check in all the packaging to make sure they simply were not overlooked. Some of our product’s connectors are shipped outside of the tube of product in a zip lock type baggie, and may have shifted during transit and now be amongst the packing material. Secondly please check within the tubes of product themselves (at both ends), as with some products the connectors are prepackaged inside the tubes at either end. If the connectors still appear to be missing please contact us and we’ll correct it for you right away.


I need to make a return - how should I go about doing this?

We have a simple, upfront, no hassle return system. If for any reason you need to make a return please email us letting us know you need to make a return, the nature of the return (defective, didn’t need, received incorrect items, etc) and we’ll issue you an RMA number and the return address. Simply ship the products back to us and once we receive them back your refund will be issued within 1 business day (the actual time it takes for credit card companies to post this credit to you account can vary however).
