How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a low $4.99 flat rate to ship all orders (the only exception is when we ship our Tables to non-continental US locations).  We believe in a completely upfront pricing structure. Unlike many other vendors who have apparently cheap prices, only to gouge you on inflated shipping prices once you’ve already entering your personal information, we lay out our prices clearly and upfront. The total price you see in your shopping cart will be the total price shipped to your doorstep. The only time additional shipping charges might apply is for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APOs, or International, but even in those cases you will be able to enter your country and zip code in the shopping cart and determine any shipping charges prior to taking the time and effort of going through the checkout.


How quickly do you ship orders?

We have a fast and efficient shipping warehouse that allows us to ship most orders within 1 business day. Expedited (UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight) orders placed prior to 11:00am pacific time will ship out that same day. Actual transit times to reach you once we ship depend on where you are located, and the items ordered, but will be within 2-6 business days for our standard free shipping.


Do you have any expedited shipping methods available?

Yes, we have a full range of expedited shipping methods available, including UPS Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select services. Keeping with our upfront pricing structure the costs for these shipping services are clearly listed in the shopping cart. For an order to be guaranteed to ship out to you on the same day using an expedited service it must be placed prior to 11:00am pacific time. Please keep in mind carriers do not consider the date of shipment a day for the transit time estimate, and transit times are in business days (Monday through Friday). So for example if you order before 11:00am on Friday and Select UPS 2nd Day Air shipping service, the order would be delivered on Tuesday (the 2 transit days would be considered Monday and Tuesday, even though we shipped on Friday).


What shipping methods do you use?

We ship via USPS and UPS, which carrier depends on the products purchased and your location. Please assure your shipping address accepts shipments from all of these carriers (no P.O. Boxes please). If your address only accepts a particular carrier, please indicate this in the notes section of the checkout, or email us (we can usually accommodate this with our free shipping, but rarely there can be extra shipping charges if your requested carrier is significantly more expensive than our standard free method to your location).


Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, or US Territories?

We are able to ship to all these locations, though there can be additional shipping charges depending on the items ordered. Some quantities and products we are able to ship via our regular free methods, but larger products or quantities sometimes cost extra. In either case the first portion of our checkout will display the shipping costs, if any, for your order. If there are any additional shipping charges they will only be that which the carrier charges us above the typical continental United States rate (so up to that point you are still receiving the free shipping, we only charge for the extra amount we are charged by the carrier as the result of your location).


Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, but at this time we are not able to ship internationally.


Does my shipment have insurance?

Yes, we fully stand behind our products every step of the way, from packaging, shipment, delivery, and use. Should you receive a package from the carrier that appears damaged, please notify the carrier of this and document the damage, then contact us so we can help resolve it for you and get you replacements or a refund. We are unable to offer insurance on international shipments.


Do you offer local pickup?

Unfortunately our warehouse is not setup for direct retail sales or order pickups. Instead, we offer very fast and inexpensive shipping services on all orders.


I need my order shipped to an address different than my billing address, can you do this?

For security reasons we are typically only able to ship orders to your billing address, or to an alternate shipping address your credit card company has on file for your credit card. If you need an order shipped to an address other than you billing please first contact your credit card issuer and have them add this address as one of your verified shipping addresses.


Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, when your purchase ships out we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your package’s tracking information (please be sure to check any spam folders you have if you appear to have not received this email, in case it was mistakenly marked as such). Additionally you can login to your account and view your orders progress and tracking information.


Are you careful in the packaging of my order?

Yes, we have been professionally packaging glow products for many years, and realize what it takes to get our product to you safely. From the careful handling and packaging of your order, to sturdy tube packaging and quality boxes and bubble wrap, we do everything we can to assure our premium quality product reaches you in equally perfect shape. That being said shipping damage can unfortunately sometimes still happen despite our best efforts, but as always we fully stand behind each and every order, and in the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us so we can correct the issue.
